We proudly offer a Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Facility to ensure our customers feel secure and confident about their purchase for years to come.

This policy reflects our commitment to fair valuation, transparent deductions, and prevailing market practices in the jewellery industry.

1. Eligibility

Lifetime Buyback & Exchange is applicable only for:

• Jewellery purchased from www.dmdgoldprosperity.com or authorized DMD Gold Prosperity channels
• Products accompanied by original invoice and certification
• Jewellery that is not severely damaged or tampered with

This facility is not transferable and applies only to genuine DMD Gold Prosperity products.

2. Lifetime Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their jewellery at any time during their lifetime, subject to the following terms:

2.1 Basis of Valuation

Exchange value shall be calculated based on:

• Prevailing market rate of gold / silver / platinum on the exchange date
• Actual net metal weight after purity verification
• Current industry value of diamonds and gemstones, subject to quality and condition

2.2 Deductions on Exchange

The following deductions may apply:

• Making charges are non-refundable
• Stone setting charges may be deducted
• Wear & tear / condition-based deductions, if any
• Value reduction for damaged or missing stones, where applicable

No deduction shall be applied for the intrinsic metal value beyond standard refining tolerance.

2.3 Exchange Usage

• Exchange value must be used against another DMD product only
• Any difference in value must be paid by the customer
• Exchange value cannot be redeemed as cash under this clause

3. Lifetime Buyback Policy

We offer Lifetime Buyback to provide liquidity and peace of mind to our customers.

3.1 Buyback Valuation

The buyback value shall be calculated based on:

• Prevailing market price of metal on the date of buyback
• Net weight of precious metal after melting / impurity assessment
• Diamond & gemstone valuation as per current buyback standards

3.2 Buyback Deductions (Transparent & Standard)

The following deductions may apply:

a) Metal Value

• Gold / other precious metal is valued at prevailing market rate
• Deduction for refining loss & processing (industry-standard) may apply

b) Diamonds

• Diamonds are valued based on:
  • Certification availability
  • Cut, clarity, colour, carat and condition
• Chips, melee diamonds, or damaged stones may carry limited or nil buyback value

c) Gemstones

• Natural gemstones are evaluated for quality and condition
• Treated, cracked, or heavily worn gemstones may carry reduced value

d) Non-Precious Components

• Wastage, making charges, taxes, certification fees, and service costs are not refundable

4. Important Technical & Practical Notes

• Re-polishing, resizing, engraving, or third-party alterations may affect valuation
• Market prices fluctuate daily; final value depends on the rate on the evaluation day
• Buyback or exchange is not applicable for coins, bullion, loose stones, or customized export-only pieces

These measures ensure fair pricing and sustainable trust for all customers.

5. Export Orders

For regulatory and customs reasons:

• Export / international orders are not eligible for lifetime buyback or exchange
• This is due to cross-border taxation, customs clearance, and certification constraints

6. Processing & Timeline

• Buyback or exchange requests must be raised via email
• Physical verification is mandatory
• Final valuation is shared after inspection
• Payouts (where applicable) are processed as per regulatory norms

7. Fair Use & Abuse Protection

To safeguard genuine customers:

• Any mismatch in product authenticity or discrepancies may lead to rejection
• Management reserves the right to decline requests not aligned with this Policy

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by Indian laws.
Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
